1.  All orders are shipped within two to three business days. All packages are shipped through the United States Postal Service. Depending upon where you are located, most packages should reach you within three to five business days.

 
2. Shipping is $6. One flat rate no matter how much you buy.
 

3. If you would like more than one color bead on a bracelet, necklace, or watch then note it in the comment box that will appear when you checkout. Please note the exact item and exact colors that you wish to have. Please be specific. You still must place the item in your shopping cart. When selecting a color from the drop down menu just pick one of the colors that will be in the item. There is no additional fee to have more than one color.

 

4. If you would like a smaller or larger size item than is offered then note it in the comment box that will appear when you checkout. Please note the exact size of the item including the clasp in the length. Please be as exact as possible. You still must place the item in your shopping cart. When selecting a size from the drop down menu just pick the largest size if you are wanting the item larger and pick the smallest size if you are wanting a smaller size. NOTE: There is not an additional fee for making a item smaller; however, there may be an additional fee for making the item larger. An email will be sent within 24 hours of when your order was placed if there is an additional fee. You will be given a chance to confirm that you still want the item and to send the additional payment.

 

5. At this time we only accept Paypal. When you checkout you will be able to set up a Paypal account if you do not already have one. To open a Paypal account is free of charge.

   

6. At this time we only ship within the continental United States.

 

7. It may be possible for you to pick up your order and not have to pay a shipping fee but possibly a handling fee. Before placing your order send an email to Amy Williams at  bradamyjewelry@hotmail.com to see if that is possible.
